Okay basically, you just say something that a character would NEVER say.
Example::
Hermione to Ron: "Ron, I don't feel like writing my Potion essay... can you do it for me?"
I'll start::
Voldemort to Death Eaters: "Everybody, I've decided to try a new method. Our new robes will be... Pink with yellow dots!!"
