Anastasia Ryan was in her room about to write a letter, her brother dared her to write a letter to Draco even after it has been 4 years they lost touch but he hasn't lost touch with him.
She tied the dared letter to her owl Mark and told him to fly to Draco Malfoy.

You know how much I hate summer in these days. My brother Tristan had asked me to write to you since we haven't spoke in so long. It was part of the wizard dare game, when he bought three of his Drumstrang friends home for a week. Too bad for him, he must transfer to Hogwarts for his final year. Hmm, he'll miss the parties and the girls.
I hope you doing alright. I just should start talking to you this year and open up myself a bit. I am sure I will see you and your mother soon before the end of July.
